When will my items be shipped?
– Average production time: 5-7 business days. Shipping time: 14-20 days (US), 30-45 days (international) in normal seasons
– For shoes: production time: 7-10 business days.
Free Shipping for orders over $100, $5.99 shipping fee for order less than $100.
– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. You can then follow the package by pasting the tracking code on https://www.17track.net/.
Be aware to add up the production time too if you need to receive it for special events.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
We have multiple factories in Vietnam, China, and the United States. Our factory in China makes most items. 2D T-shirt and Canvas/Poster will be made in the US.
Please read the description of the product carefully to know the shipping time.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to the shipping method.
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
WHICH SIZE I SHOULD ORDER?
Please check size chart carefully since we don’t have exchange/return policy for right items sent.
For clothing, I suggest you measure your own clothing, get your personal measurements then compare them with our size chart to choose our size. Please focus on measurement columns.
For shoes, I suggest you measure your insole’s length and compare with our insole column.
HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
We only allow order modification within 12 hours since payment for personalized items, others is within 24 hours since payment.
