Ordering & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most of our products are made to order. Production typically takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and design.

Once shipped, delivery within the United States generally takes an additional 7–14 business days.

Please note that customized products, embroidered items, and orders placed during holidays or peak shopping seasons may require additional processing time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United States.

Shipping options, applicable costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status after receiving your package.

If you have trouble tracking your order, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please contact us at support@teexmediacorp.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellations may no longer be possible once production has started.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to update your order details, such as the size, color, shipping address, or personalization information, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered production.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Many of our products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Our made-to-order approach allows us to offer a wide selection of unique designs, personalized options, and seasonal collections without maintaining large quantities of pre-produced inventory.

Do you offer personalized products?

Yes! Selected products are available with personalization options, such as custom names, dates, messages, or other design details.

If personalization is available, the options will be displayed on the product page.

Please carefully review all personalized information before completing your purchase, as custom-made items may not be eligible for changes or returns once production begins.

Will the actual product look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in color, placement, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, fabric textures, materials, and production methods.

Some product images are digital mockups intended to demonstrate the design and overall appearance of the finished product.

How do I choose the right size or product option?

Please review the size chart, product description, and available options on each product page before placing your order.

For apparel, we recommend checking the measurements carefully to ensure the best fit.

For mugs, calendars, decorations, and other accessories, product dimensions and relevant specifications are provided where applicable.

Returns & Replacements

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@teexmediacorp.com as soon as possible.

To help us review your request, please include:

Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos showing the product and any damage or defects.
Photos of the packaging, if relevant.

Our team will review the situation and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product type and the reason for the request.

Because many of our products are made to order or personalized specifically for each customer, certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect personalization details submitted during checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

What if my package is lost or tracking does not update?

Sometimes tracking information may take several days to update after a package has been shipped.

If your tracking status has not changed for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We'll help investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund has been reviewed and approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
